2016 Fall Fest Tournament
October 7-9, 2016

Dear Coach,

On behalf of the Greater Longview Soccer Association (GLSA), you are invited to enter the 2016 Fall Fest Tournament. The tournament is recreational for boys' and girls' teams ages U-8 through U-14, and open to U-16 and U-19. No guest players will be allowed. All teams must present an NTSSA medical release form for each player at check-in. GLSA does not require these forms to be notarized. Team check-in will be done October 3-6 by email (office@longviewsoccer.com), fax (903-759-2006), or in person 10a-2p at the GLSA office (3301 W Marshall Avenue, Suite 215, Longview, TX 75604). You will pick up your validated Misconduct Report and Game Roster at the tournament tent before your first game.

Your completed application, appropriate entry fee, and official roster signed by your registrar and coach must be received no later than September 23, 2016. No guest players are allowed. Fall Fest will be held at Lear Complex only, so space is extremely limited. Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so do not wait until the last minute to enter!

The tournament will play by NTSSA tournament rules, in addition to: ROSTERED coaches and teams will occupy one sideline while spectators will occupy the other sideline AND each player will have his/her own jersey with a permanent unique number which corresponds to the team's official Misconduct Report/Game Roster. Any discrepancies or duplications will result in a forfeit of your game. Teams that voluntarily "play up" in their association may not play down to their true age division in this tournament. All divisions will be guaranteed a three-game minimum, provided all teams show up for their games. Schedules will be posted at www.longviewsoccer.com by Friday, September 30, 2016..

Some qualifying games will be played on Friday night. Any remaining Saturday qualifying games, the semi-finals, and finals will be played on Sunday.

Trophies are guaranteed for 1st and 2nd place in all divisions U-9 and above. Participation trophies are awarded for U-8 teams only.

Entry fees:
Recreational     U-8: $175; U9-/U-10: $225, U-12: $275; U-14: $300
Open               U-16/ U-19: $325

Only certified funds/cash or credit cards will be accepted. Cashier's checks or money orders should be made payable to GLSA. CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
