Important Information for Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Referees
 and any other Volunteers  involved in GLSA: 

If you are 17 years of age or older and are planning on coaching or 
volunteering for Fall 2009 - Spring 2010, please go to the following website 
and fill out the online Risk Management Form. You will not be allowed 
to participate in GLSA until approved.
